Nascar is a joke these days... I grew up watching Dale Sr and the boys with my father... ever since the chase started it's been lame. Nascar changing and make rules as they go... fining people for rules that were not even rules yet... the points system is stupid. Let the best all year win the damn thing. TO turn this sport around.. they need to stop focusing on pleasing the fans.. and focus on making the sport super competitive and action geared. If you make the sport great.. the fans will come.
