That guy has had that car parked there with the blue tarp on the window for about three years now. Funny thing is... they have three other cars and have to park most of them on the street - while they walk around that piece of shit every day.

People are bright.

I'm surprised our HOA hasn't jumped him over it.

It might rust though. I strongly recommend POR-15.
