Shoot us a PM if you make a decision or would like further recommendations. We have every single Corsa Touring option on our site and... we will discount for forum members.
I like my Corsa Touring a lot. No drone at all in the cab. For me the sport would be too loud with the headers.
I'm uploading a video now. It's not great because of the weather, but it's a start.

Both the Borla XR-1 muffler and the Corsa Sport Catback will be pretty loud. As suggested above, the Corsa Touring would be a great option.

Do you think the Touring with headers would be similar to the sport without headers? I want loud just don't want as much drone. I can take some but the magnaflow is pretty bad to be so mellow sounding. I like the touring sound in the video but want an aggressive tone through all rpm ranges even when not flooring it. The magnaflow only sounds aggressive with WOT.

Right, it's all relative. Without headers, the touring will be relatively mellow. With headers, I'd say that's fair to say it will sound much like a Sport system without headers. You will still have the throaty growl with the touring system for sure. It's hard to hide that with headers, but I think you would be pleased with the lack of drone. However, with headers you have to expect some level of interior noise at cruising. You just want to avoid that annoying resonance and vibration, which the Corsa is best known for.

You are correct I like a good deep tone people in town can hear even with a mild acceleration. I know it will scream when I floor it. I can handle drone I just hate how bad it is with the magnaflow. If the magnaflow sound more aggressive and was louder I would understand but to be so mellow I feel it should be pretty quiet inside.
I will be getting in touch probably within the next week or two about ordering a system.

Once the weather clears up I will try to get a better drive by. Like stated above, the Touring without headers is very mild. I think at some rpm ranges it was as quiet as stock. It really didn't open up until you were on the throttle hard. Now that I have the headers, I am very glad I have it over the sport. I really like the sound in the cab. Nice rumble without any annoying drone.
Another cheaper option you have is to add a resonator behind you magnaflow. That would solve your problem and save about a grand over the corsa system.
That sounds great. What exhaust is that?
It should clear up here in a couple days. I'll make a reminder to get some better mid throttle drive by videos.
