2014 Silverados in the flesh :)

Stopped by Classic Chevrolet today. They had 47, 2014s on the lot.

I had them pull up a LTZ z71 with the longer bed. This one will be very close to what I will be after assuming I don't go denali or high country. It has nav, blind spot monitor, active cruise control, heated/cooled seats.

I am very impressed with the improvements. Seats are a much softer leather than the current denali has. The dash is now soft touch and has a very similar feel to the ES350 I'm currently driving as a loaner.

I didn't spend much time playing with the nav, but impressed with initial impression.

The console is much more user friendly. They have done well here with size and function.

If I decide to get one it would be an optioned up Chevy Z71 LTZ with the 6.2. Pretty much the same options as the Denali and High Country minus some trim and badging oh, and $5-10k. The best part about the Chevy Zs is that the interior trim is plasti-metal not plasti-wood.

They kept repeated they were set up to work out of. A laptop holder I. The console. Pockets and cutouts for storage everywhere.

And available wifi hotspot built in.

Oh, I didn't think you were. I was just agreeing and impressed with how the console area was thought put for business. Crap, for just grocery getters that is still all very handy.
