What should I do to my truck next?

You guys have any ideas on what to do next? I'll post the most current pic I have, only thing besides maintenance that is new is the LED lights where the hella 500's were. I want to do gears, and maybe efans, thinking maybe an upgrade on the sound system. I have a Pioneer AVH 2300 but all the speakers are stock. I'm open to just about anything within reason. Need a project to keep me busy and destress.

I have an exhaust, or lack there of... no muffler and I've got an edge evo, and i have done the gotts mod, basically a semi home made CAI, Not ready to tackle cams till i rebuild the engine, hopefully a long time from now.
