You could have bought it super cheap and sold it to RoStEr, BuRRp or BHB.

Even if I could privately-import it, a commercial driver license (which I don't have) is required to drive duallies back here

i like stacks!

I'd not object to stacks mounted outside the bed, to avoid damages to the payload. But since the folks who use stacks basically haul air, there's not so much problem for them

That's an effective measure to prevent some loads to get damaged. But I'm still willing to avoid bed-mounted stacks.
