Congats Jrod. The interiors of Ford trucks are some of the best currently available.

But it looks like you will be stroking it now. I thought you were the type of guy that rather be cummin' than strokin':jester:

Why did I go Ford?

Well I drove both, Chevy 2500HD LTZ loaded to the hilt and the F-250 Lariat nicely loaded.

Chevy was more responsive, I am still a GM guy so I needed real convincing that the Ford was better.
I drove the Ford, it's not as responsive to the throttle.. but it rides as good as the Chevy.

I was looking for comfort behind the wheel. The Ford feels better, has a better interior than the Chevy and more space in the rear seats. The Ford was a couple thousand more but as much time as I spend behind the wheel, driver comfort was the tipping point.

The truck is black with black leather interior. The nose is still hideous but even with a solid front axle the ride was as smooth as the Chevy. The cab was way quieter than the Chevy too so that factored in as well. It is what it is.

Sent from my pocket.

Oh yeah, red truck is going. White truck is staying until I fix it. At which point I may sell it, or not.
