Love the truck but hate it when the shave the door handles off of a damn nice (and otherwise stock) body.

Didn't notice that, but you are right, a nice set of chrome handles would actually improve the look some more.

:withstupid: I am all for shaving the keyholes though. Handles with no keyhole looks really clean. I shaved the door keyholes and trunk lock but kept the door handles on my G-body Cutlass I used to have.

Aftermarket crew-cab conversions were a trend in Brazil until the 90's due to the limited availability of factory crew-cabs.

My dad learned how to drive in a Chevy C10 like this one, with a Stovebolt Six and a three-on-the-tree.

Chevy had a 3-door crew-cab for a limited time in early 60's, but the local versions of the Suburban (Amazona and Veraneio) were more popular.

The aftermarket crew-cab conversions are not so popular anymore, but are still available.

This one is based on a mid-engined Volvo B58 bus frame.

Ford LTD Landau, a Brazilian upscale version of the Galaxie. Was phased out only in '83. The Lincoln logo was factory-fitted, altough it's still a Ford...
