I've got the HIR's and I love them
So far, they're still outshining all my lights distance wise

Remember to keep your quad beam mod!

I'd recommend the HIR's for highbeams over HID's anyday (not counting bi-xenon setups)

Disable your daytime running lights if you have them, so they last longer

I'll take them over HID highbeams any day... They're almost as bright, and you can flash them without causing harm to the bulb or ballast.

I was planning on going to HIR highbeams anyways for that very reason. I hated waiting 20-30 seconds for the HIDs to warm up.
