Wiper Motor Circuit Board

Alright boys! Got the truck up and running, and she runs great.

Now I am up to fixing the little things here and there... first up... the wipers. They work great, except they dont park all the way down and it drives me nuts.

Replacing the board, would that make them park down like original? They go down all the way while working, but after you shut em off, they move back up like 2 inches or so.
