In the last two weeks I've replaced the front sway bar bushings and end links, both front wheel hub assemblies, front brake pads and calipers and had the front rotors resurfaced. Yesterday I replaced both front shocks due to one of them was leaking. I just replaced all 4 shocks last year with Bilstiens and one went bad. I thought Bistiens were supposed to be one of the best you could buy. I did put another set on so they matched the rear ones. Hopefully, I won't have to sink any more money into this thing for awhile, but I am close to an oil change.

Sucking in air on the rebound?
The sound was hard to describe. Kind of like a mix of rumbling, grinding and howling. I never in a million years would have thought it was a shock. A buddy of mine told me that's what he thought it was after driving it. I should have had him drive it in the first place. I could have saved a few bucks. But, at least I have new shit up front and shouldn't have to worry about it for awhile. :fingersx:

I did a tranny pan drop and replaced the filter, gasket and added some fluid. To my surprise, the pan wasn't all sludged up. It wiped clean with no problem.
Now I need to get the oil changed, but I want to run a bottle of Amsoil PI through it first.
