If you're dead set on an Optima, be prepared to exchange it... They're hit and miss ever since they started reproducing them. Odyssey makes good batteries, same kind as Optima IIRC... Dry cell/AGM whatever it is A factory Delco battery will run a factory stereo for 15 minutes easy... When you add a more powerful stereo, not so much...

I wanted the Optima mainly because of the name and to have that infamous red under the hood, but hell I have a painted cover that sits on the battery Gonna pick it up in a little while, I might even be an ass and let them install it Tobias, is retailmenot.com something you use often?
