Using the "BIG35" coupon code, that AutoCraft battery will only run $65 after he returns his old battery. That's a damn good deal.

One thing I want the battery I buy to be able to do, is crank even if I leave the key on for 15 min listening to the radio. The delco would always die.

Then your Delco was shit. Any battery should be able to run a radio for 15 minutes and then start.

My 2 year old factory Delco wouldn't last much longer than that. It took a shit on me one cold winter Monday morning. :pfingers:

If you're dead set on an Optima, be prepared to exchange it... They're hit and miss ever since they started reproducing them.

Odyssey makes good batteries, same kind as Optima IIRC... Dry cell/AGM whatever it is

A factory Delco battery will run a factory stereo for 15 minutes easy...

When you add a more powerful stereo, not so much...

Well, I went with the Advanced battery. Too good of a deal with the big35 discount Tobias showed me. I wanted the Optima mainly because of the name and to have that infamous red under the hood, but hell I have a painted cover that sits on the battery

Gonna pick it up in a little while, I might even be an ass and let them install it

Tobias, is retailmenot.com something you use often? I wouldve never known about those discounts!

After the core is processed itll be even cheaper.
