Truck squeaks after installing leveling kit

Title says it all. It only happens when going over uneven surfaces such as turning sharply into a driveway or a rutted up road (going slow of course). I never noticed it doing that before and my 08 Sierra with RC 2" leveling kit didn't do it or not at least as bad.

Normal driving or even going over even bumps it doesn't do it, only bumps when turning or uneven bumps. Actually it rides normally almost exactly like stock.

Is this something to worry about?

I don't know much about the Dodges but I wonder if it could be the cab mounts. Kind of like the GM trucks that had problems with the cab mounts creaking.

Why would the cab mounts creak from just a leveling kit?

Get some spray silicone lubricant and spray the sway bar bushings and any other rubber bushing you can find in the suspension. I read several complaints about squeaks after installs, none particular for your Dodge but a bunch about the RC kits on other vehicles, Toyotas, Jeeps etc.

I don't know the Dodge's suspension setup (I assume its similar) but some folks with GM Full size and Nissan Titan trucks are having ball joint issues. If the joints are overextended, they could also squeak.

check that your U-bolts are tight, and that all shocks are not contacting anything due to the lift. for the front you could jack one side at the frame and use a bar to "jounce" the wheel up and down and see if it does it then.
