Fast Hampster
I'm NEW... What now?
Hey everyone, it's been a while
I haven't done a lot to my truck lately, so there was generally nothing to tell you all about. I will have some update with pictures this spring probably, and I will post it here
Meanwhile, I have 2 questions and I do need your help badly.
The truck is '93 Ford F150, M5OD, RWD, 4.9L.
Question #1 - How can I find out the gear ratio in rear differential without removing rear cover? I don't have any tags left on it, and axle code on a sticker is "12". I googled for it and it seems like it's not the right code for F150 to have there. Maybe there's someone who knows what it could mean?
Question #2 - I've stumbled upon '82 Bronko 5.0 Auto in here, so, since I'm thinking about converting my truck to 4x4 - what's the chance that T-case will bolt in? Also, is it possible that gear ratios in my truck and that Bronko will match, so I'd only have to replace a front end? And if they differ (which seems more probable to me) - will that whole thing be drivable, if I'll keep my manual gearbox?
