Please do not turn this into a thread about why you do whatever it is that you do. Let's just let the poll talk for us.

I know everybody operates on a different wavelength when it comes to the voodoo science and brainwashing of oil and filters...

5000 using Mobil1 for me.

4Runner, 5000 miles. Remote oil filter with a reservoir and cut out in the skid plate, make it the easiest oil change ever. With lube points (driveshafts) I can do the whole thing in 15 minutes, start to clean up.

Tundra, 5000 miles. Oil filter element with plastic canister, o-rings that need to be changed and a skid plate that is huge makes for an oil change that lasts over an hour....8 quarts to boot. You have to be in the right frame of mind

3000 miles with conventional Valvoline 5W30 and AC Delco filter.
