Tires & Lifts for Jenny's Truck

I've been looking at photos of similar blue trucks like mine. I'm trying to decide if I want to stick with the chrome rims or do all black. The pic below is a lift difference but I like the wheels on the after pic.


I am looking for suggestions and advice on what looks best with my color truck. I don't want it to look too ugly though.

Trying to decide which ones I like the best. I do want to add a lift but I do not want to go too high though because then I will need running boards for sure.
