We have to remember that everybody possesses a different level of technical skills... and some folks are checking out forums for input on how to get better at this sort of thing.

I like the idea of all technical write-ups, no matter how easy or hard they are.

I'm not a fan of to much of anything from Autozone, but the Duralast batteries seem to hold up good. I've had one in the truck for 6 years.

:werd: The only "parts" I've bought from Autozone (for my personal vehicles anyways ) is the Goodyear Gatorback belts. I absolutely refuse to buy any of Autozone's own branded parts like duralast or dura stop or valucraft, or whatever. I've done that in the past with my first and second vehicles only to have problems down the road. True, they give a lifetimw warranty on most of their parts, but I'd rather pay more for a better part simply so I wont be staranded somewhere and have to do the repair work all over again to swap out the part under warranty. Did that several times with them Duracrap brake pads on my first car, a Cavalier. Went thru 4 sets of pads in 2 years.
