Found this in Lubes-n-Greases magazine. Thought it was interesting and good that someone is checking up on engine motor oils to make sure what is claimed on the bottle is actually what is inside the bottle.

They found some oils didn't match the viscosity that was stated on the bottles label and some didn't have the proper additive treat rate.
You would think that all the money the oil companies are making they wouldn't have this kind of issues.
Quality control is sleeping on the job.
