right now i have a super bass sub box with a regular sized 12 in it. i set it in the middle of my floorboard(regular cab truck). it's really not the best setup but for a regular sized sub in a RC truck, it's the only place i got. the box is really meant for a car, and for $30, i thoght it was a good deal. NOW, i know i can put two slim subs behind my seat, but i don't wanna lose my low's. is there any alternative box i could go to and still keep the full sound of my box?

heres a vid to see what it looked like.

(the video is old and this was my old setup. i just got it off my phone)

They do sell boxes for putting them behind your seats...
You WILL lose some sound... But not a whole bunch, if you get a decent box...

If you're short, you can go one up and make a custom box, since you won't have to run with the seat all the way back

I seen one kid here have the same truck as you do, put an L7 Kicker sub right in the middle of the seats. I have the same box in mine but I use one 10" Alpine Type R. His was freakin loud! Here is some pics of mine...

I couldn't tell ya, hontestly...

If the passenger side moves separate, you could put just one behind that seat :jester:

If the box is half decent, though, you shouldn't have any real differences...

There IS going to be some, because it will be a smaller box, and, it won't be right beside you

i may consider it then. i never have any passengers beside my girlfriend and occasionally by brother. so where it sits was never a problem, but it's just kinda....there. i've thought about making a somewhat smaller, slanted box facing more towards the seat.
