You guys have any ideas on how we can get TMC more activity? Mass emails? Contest? What do you all think?

My first thought is to reorganize the forums to different model trucks, well, to make it easier to find where to post about a chevy, ford, ram, and so on...

I don't know what can be done to attract more attention to the site. Hell, I've been here since 2009 and this forum rocked for the first few years. I don't even know if everybody that use to frequent the site are still alive.

It seems that FB IG X are the new "forum". I wish more would participate and join here.

Thats not entirely true as my other forums are still going strong and also growing. Yeah, forums have lost alot of the FB group guys, but they aren't slowing down.

Lower gas prices haha
15 years ago all the forms were blowing up. Then gas prices went though the roof and it seems they all kind of died around then. Could be a coincidence with Facebook groups though.

Mostly with the FB groups and Redit blowing up as well. Still alot of my other forums are still growing. So forums aren't dead.

The real issue here is you need people that are still interested in playing with their trucks as a hobby. Those are the folks that are going to create content that other folks will come read. Those of us that do still pop in regularly, (or very occasionally on my part) seem to have moved into the "my truck is a tool that gets used" phase of our lives. I certainly have.

Karl! What is going on, brother!

Wow, it has been a LOOONG time, fellas! I came looking for the latest in mods for a new hotrod truck I am going to pick up this weekend.

Karl, my Harley is max-modded, we will have to catch up!

It's good to know that you're OK! Post up some pics of said hot rod truck when you get it. I think Karl sold his bikes.
