I spent a little time this weekend removing the roof rack and painting my rear corner vent covers.

Sorry about the shitty pics but the lighting outside was horrible as it's been raining all weekend.

The corners will soon be replaced with Street Scene smooth caps (on order) but I painted these because I'm antsy and couldn't wait to see how it was going to look.

I'm still not sure if I am sold on the roof rack being gone or not. I love the corners, just gonna have to think about the rack.

BTW, the window tint didn't happen on Friday like I had planned but it'll be done later this week. That should make everything look a little more tied together. Here's a 'shop.

It's all coming together nicely. I really like the corners painted but I'm unsure about the roof rack. I think at this point I like it on but I think it would grow on me seeing it off after a period of my time. Are you planning to remove the side moulding?

Absolutely. I've just had so much other stuff to do I haven't been real anxious to destroy my thumbs removing all of the adhesive tape. :D

Yeah I am not so sure about the roof rack... it kind of bulges up in the back and the roof rack hides that. I would say put the rack back on and colormatch your lower front valance and take off the side steps.

and go about two inches lower...... EVERYWHERE!

looks ok, I think I might put the rack back on, like Carl said it hides that nasty bulge...

That will look sweet. Once the side moulding is removed, I think that will tie in with the removal of the roof rack to complete the look.

Looks GREAT like it is now. Anything more is gonna be too much. I love the roof rack being gone... smooths up the look a lot.

I vote for keeping the side molding and steps.

OH, and TINT THE FRONTS!
