The wheels are MB Blitz 17" wheels, 2 are in good condition, 2 have some gravel pitting.

265/70-17 Cooper Discoverer ATR that are down to the yellow line according to Discount tire. Not negotiating price on these because Discount tire owes me $80 each ($320 total) on my next set due to premature wear so it isn't worth giving them away. $300
I can also include the belts for the sensors.
I'm looking for a titled outboard below 5 hp but will also consider other trades.
