Road Trip Aug '18: Looking for storms

I'm back home now. Nearly 1000 miles of driving. So, no pics today.

Getting back home, I covered 984 miles from the gas station across the street from the hotel to the gas station a couple of miles from the house. Two fuel stops and one food stop in a little less than 13.5 hours.

I had planned on stopping 4 or 5 hours from home. But, the sun was still up until an hour and a half or so from home. So, I pushed on until I got here.


Total stats for the trip: 2670 miles, 132.534 gallons, averaged 20.1 mpg.

Thank you! I didn't get as many pics as I had hoped for. But, I think I got enough to get bitten by the bug for that type of photography..
