Looking at getting into the modern age and ditching our Fax machine. We use it for our main business and some here at home with Susan's home business. Looked online and found some good info, just wanted any user advice. :)

Found this site and it has a good bit of info to look at. 2015 Fax Services Reviews

They have these things called scanners and email now, should get in on that. :jester:

What are the advantages to online fax vs a normal fax? :dunno:

The problem with that though is there are certain corporations, businesses and Government that will not send or retrieve private information to/from individual via email.

I use a scanner and email for anything that I can but it seems in certain situations if you want a document immediately, it's either fax or in the mail.

Just the other day I wanted information about a insurance policy and needed it pretty quickly. They would not email it but they had to fax it.

With our produce business, we use the fax daily with all our buyers. We fax them the invoice of what they purchased and being shipped to them. It is just how that part of the economy we deal with works. We wanted to go with online so we are not tied down to the office waiting on a fax or to send one. Not to mention we can get rid of a second line and that monthly bill.
