Ok, I am having a problem with my website, and I fixed it with IE8, but can not get it right Google Chrome, so I want to know who uses firefox, and other browsers to check the site and let me know how it behaves. Thanks! http://www.thelittlewarehouse.com The problem specifically is the Menu bar the title, Product Categories gets lost under the Flash File, there should be 5 items under the the title DVD, but in Chrome DVD is the last item shown, let me know what your browsers show! Thanks.
I use Firefox and IE8. Some stuff simply doesn't get along with FF. Facebook's chat for example. It won't send about half of the time on FF but works flawlessly on IE. IE on the other hand is SLOOOOOOOOOOOW and I hate it. I only use it when I have to. I have chrome and opear too but don't use them much.
Your site appears to be working correctly on FF here. UPDATE: The bottom menu items are getting lost n the flash box. Whatever is below DVD in the categories is gone. Maybe you could trick it by adding a little more space between them? UPDATE 2: Same issues when using Chrome here. Everything works fine in IE8
Here's how it looks for me in FF 3.5.1 (from your description I couldn't quite understand which part of the site you're referring to - kind of a busy site)...
Under "product categories" the drop down menu gets chopped off in anything other than IE Might fix it by moving that flash section lower on the page. That seems to be where the issue is.
I have considered moving it, I have posted the question in a couple of forums now and am waiting responses, most of my customers us IE, so its not a must at this point to change, but I want to get fixed!
Yeah, I see the same issue here with FF, the menu's getting chopped off with the flash anim. Is the flash anim set to display as part of the background or foreground? You could try defining the flash before you define the menus, so that the display priority for the menus comes after the flash anim.
