Okay, I've been hearing this squeak on the Tahoe and as of yet, I have not been able to track it down and silence it.
I've checked all of the shock mounts and made sure I didn't over-tighten anything when I put the lowering kit on. Everything seems normal but the squeak is still there. I've hit everything I can imagine with penetrating lubricants - trailing arms, sway bars, shock mounts, spring seats, etc.
It doesn't happen when I stand on the bumper and jump up and down and it doesn't happen under normal driving conditions. It only seems to happen when going slow and flexing the rear suspension. Oddly though, it doesn't happen in reverse over the same bump that will cause the sound when going forward. Again, I've jumped up and down and tried to create as much lateral movement as possible while doing so and I can't make it happen.
