I'm NEW... What now?
Hello, First post here, followed Zem here from TGT. Although guns and shooting are close to my heart, I also have a soft spot for 4X4's. I didn't see a Jeep section, maybe ya'll don't consider them "trucks". My current iron in the fire is a '52 Willys wagon that is being set up on a frame from a '82 grand cherokee. I have been working on finding all the parts to get the engine running. Finally found an oil pump housing.(mine had been broken off while moving the engine around) Next will be a new one-wire dist. and rebuilt carb. Once the engine is running, I'll set the body on and fabricate the body mounts, and modify the floor boards. Strip it and send it out to the sand blast yard. The frame had to be shortned 9" and the engine/trans re-located back another 3" to line up with the body. I will have to put pics up later, they are on another computer, so I'll have to find them...
