Hey all. I made my first oilfield mistake, bought me an older diesel.
2006 2500HD LBZ Crewcab 6'5 LT model. It had 170k, bought it for $16,500 in Feb 2019 with a 7" BDS lift, 3" body, and 37" Nittos on 20x9 wheels.
It has been a financial nightmare but I think I got it reliable now. Its received a new used block, studded and new heads, tuned via Starlite and DSP5 switch, EGR deleted, 5" exhaust, new stock turbo with a batmowheel. I put 38x13.5/20 Toyo M/Ts on it with 20x12 -44 wheels.
Future plans include amp steps, Fass 165 lift pump, repair drivers side rocker and cab corner, some paint work. Tinted windshield. Maybe Road Armour bumpers and some other small things. Eventually i'll get sick of how tall it is and pull the body lift lol.

Last summer after paint correction and removing the chrome two-tone. Old XD wheels and worn out 37"s.

More recent. New 38x13.5s, 20x12 -44 offsets.
