Mid Tex Corvette Club Open Car Show

Spent last night hanging with the Mid Tex Corvette Club and the Central Texas Camaro Coalition at the car show. The show started at 5pm and was over at 10pm, I finally packed up and rolled out of there at 11pm last night. As always the Corvette Club were great hosts and I had a good sales night from the folks at the event. I didn't get a lot of pics but what I did get I'll post.

A guy showed up with his brand new ZL1 Camaro, he has no idea what it'll do yet since he is still in the break in period. He did say that so far it is just awesome!

Another guy had a Z06 'vette with a ProCharger putting down 975 Hp.

My buddy Michael was DJ'ing at the show and later in the night the little ones hit the dance floor!
It was cute, they were jammin.

Brett, the guy that owns this one, actually hired this chick to stand by his car during judging.

I loved the tag line at the bottom of this plate, "All Hail The Mighty State!"

That 975 hp emblem looks pretty tacky. More Were there more Maro's then Vett's?

The entire car was a little tacky for my taste, had emblems that didn't flow with the vette emblems, alligator and ostrich interior and a hideous ground effects package on it. To me the only thing impressive was the engine compartment.

There were 3 times more 'vettes than Camaro's but I didn't get as many pics of them.

Okay! I wanted to make sure that I wasn't the only one that thought that about the emblems. It sticks our like a sore thumb...

Meh. I would love to have that kinda power but I wouldn't want people to see it all over my car.

He is just asking for morons on the road to entice him.
