Just a few pics I've snapped of the truck as it evolved.

Bought it slightly used in 2010 (it's a 2007) and the prior owner musta liked chrome:

It didn't take long and I was modding the truck.

First came exhaust:

Then I added a programmer and an intake (AFE - no pics for some reason), then put it on the dyno:

What I got was more power down lower in the RPM band and a more responsive throttle:

Sometime in between the tints and the demolding job I had swapped out the wheels and tires. The wheels sucked and so did those dang Cooper tires. Off they came, replaced by a set of KMC XD Addict wheels with Toyo Open Country AT tires.

Lights, Lights & More Lights!!! :D

Several sets of HID's (really, really had a hard time getting them to work until I found the right resistor harness and 55W ballasts) plus some Hella halogen driving lights and an NFab light bar was added. I did the HID mod to the fogs as well.

I recently upgraded the headlights with a custom modification to add Morimoto projectors, H1 HID bulbs, satin black buckets and new ballasts.

Unfortunately the truck was victim to a random act of unkindness and someone ripped off the PIAA driving lights from the light bar. I found them dangling from their harnesses, the bases having been cracked and broken.

But Santa got me a new pair of PIAA LP 572 LED lights that I'll mount up soon!

Didn't really care for the chrome tube steps on the side so off they came and on went a pair of NFab three hoop step bars:

Since I had done the headlights (with some LED turn signals) I decided I needed more visibility at the rear. On went a set of Hella LED tails, LED CHMSL and LED reverse bulbs:

Audio...I really enjoy my tunes. The stock Infinity system was a joke, from the head unit to the amp to the speakers. I tried modding it with the MOPAR Kicker amp and speaker upgrade. That sucked as well. So it all got removed and gifted to someone who had an even worse system than mine.

In it's place I installed a Kenwood Excelon main amplifier, a Hertz HSK 165 2-way component speaker set in front, some Alpine SPS-610's for the rear, plus some excess components I had laying around after I upgraded the other money pit including an Alpine S series 10" sub with Alpine MRV - M500 mono amp and an OEM REC/NAV head unit.

this thread makes me miss mine so bad. =(

Yeah.. HID's are not the part to cheap out on, on these trucks haha. You can burn up your cluster and everything. I had retrosolutions in mine... and loved them. never gave me a hassle.
