Looking for a Dayton 4z578c Owners Manual

I need a Dayton Charger 4z578c Owners manual. I need to know if there is a fuse somewhere. Where I plug it all it does make a loud buzzing noise, and doesn't charge any batteries... any help boys?

thats basicly it, but I need a manual for it to see if there is the fuse, or a fuse somewhere, I guess I could try to open up and see...

Sounds like the transformer or bridge rectifier, in it ,is fried.

That model is discontinued and parts for it are not available. I did find a manual online but they want $8 just to download the thing. and now I can't even get back to that page. Take the case apart and look inside, most of those things will have a common glass fuse in them, if it even has one. To me it sounds like the regulator has given out but without putting my hands on it I can't be sure. Sorry.

If it has a glass fuse, should he put a .22 LR shell in its place and plug it in?
