do they feel thin. i was looking at land near lake of the ozarks and the realtor fourwheeled us around properties in her cherokee and i remember it having "thin" doors but it was stock and bullet proof

Thin as in how would you feel about a side impact crash like how they are built

Actually I am very impressed with how sturdy and sound the doors are. It's a small vehicle (something those who never owned one won't understand) but the doors shut with a healthy thud... not tinny like a Honda door.

I prefer not to be in a side impact in any vehicle though.
