    Upgraded a few months ago (was getting .5-1.5 down and .7 up)
    Paying the same price and this speed is from a relay router I setup so I could get a wi-fi signal in my room out back.
    Primary is typically 57down and 8-9 up

    Down speed is good... but I can't get the upload speed up.
