Go with a hand heldtuner like Diablo or much better get a custom tune from Blackbear, Nelson, or Wheatley.

It would not benefit you enough to outway the risk of messing up the MAF. Look into getting a custom tune or something along those lines. Welcome aboard we hope you stick around for awhile.
