That blows! At my prior job, I would estimate that I saw no less than 100 laptops go through my service department(s) that I requisitioned, and set up. Field work for my techs is a pretty harsh environment. Diesel engine work on boats in the ocean, generators in the middle of Alaska, driving down the ice roads with them hooked up, and recording, etc. Dell has been pretty reliable for me. Like my Lenovo experience the last year...it is quite uncommon. I am hoping this new one works out.
