Did you test the LEDs with a battery before you installed them? That'd help with the polarity issue, too. You could pull the LEDs and solder them into the OEM mounts if they're really that tight.

I might try that.

Figured it out. The "retaining part of the bulb needs to be trimmed just a little bit in order to actually turn the bulbs into the circuit board. They all work, will post night pictures later.
