Apparently, the state of Ohio is going to wave the 38% gas tax for 90 days. That should bring the price down for awhile. I guess this goes into effect tomorrow. We shall see. It's currently $4.29 to $4.49 here in my town.

3.63 Indiana has had their gas tax waived for a while. Which is .37 excise tax and a 7% sales tax. The waiver goes until November. Its been waived for almost 9 months.
