Heat it with a hair dryer and peel. Use some 3M adhesive remover to help dissolve it. Getting that stuff off can be a bitch,

I scratched on it with my finger nail till I bent it back. It's on both sides of the truck, all the way down.

Goo Gone or 3M Adhesive remover, that shit is just gonna take time to get off. If you can find one a 3M Stripe Off Wheel also works great. http://www.amazon.com/3M-Stripe-Wheel-07498-Hardware/dp/B00063VT0G

We don't really have anything in the Adam's line that is aggressive enough to get that off.
