Expedition??

Any of you have any experience with the Ford Expedition?

I have never even been in one, but see some good deals and not nearly as spendy and the Yukon/suburbans.

I have a Ford Explorer so the Expedition is a bigger version on my exploder. Mine has a lot of cargo space and I can lower the 2nd row seating to give me even more room provided I don't have anyone else riding back there.

Run away. The 4.6 and 5.4 ticking timebombs plus the typical auto trans failures have many of them on dealer wholesale lots. I see tons of them. That said... most everything failing has 120K or more on it.

They had one at the car lot that's a quarter mile from the house. Compared one to the same model year Suburban with more miles, the Suburban was going for 18-20k and the Expedition was going for 15k but had it discounted to 12k. It's been sitting up there for a while.

Tho, I shouldn't talk. I still have a thing for Aurora's, I don't for expeditions but I can't tell you which one is better and which one isn't.
