Well, it is official. I am not going to upgrade the exhaust on my '09. It just sounds awesome. I don't know what Dodge has done, but dammit, I get stopped in the weirdest places. Hell, me and the wifey went out for our once a week ice cream fix, and I had a group of guys come up and ask me what system I had under my truck, and I told them it is whatever Dodge has done. It is great. And it even drones a bit in the cab. They installed the uconnect phone, and when I call someone they hear it through the mic, I just can't explain, but all I know is they did a jam up job. I have owned Ford's my whole life, mostly the 5.4l, and it has always sounded quiet as a field mouse till you get to tinkering under the hood... But not this bad boy. I just love this truck. I told the wife the other day, if it cooked and cleaned, I would run off with it!!!!! Didn't like that too much.... OH WELL!!!!!!

It is rewarding when it's done right from the start. It's nice to hear good reports about a new truck. Dodge went all out trying to make this one really get attention and it looks like they succeeded. It may well just help them survive!

my brothers Chevy is like that too! Of course its an HD... but the exhaust sounds amazing!

dodge has had some pretty nice sounding factory exhaust on their trucks for a while, and the new HD chevys sounding better too.
