I just recently replaced my HID bulbs in my foglights because I had one go out on me. But now with my lowbeams and my fogs on at night, it almost seems that my fogs are brighter than my lowbeams. :dunno: My HIDs that are in my lowbeams are almost 3 years old now. I am wondering if they have just gradually gotten dim over the years. And no, my headlight lenses are not cloudy.or oxidized or anything. Both the lows and fogs are the 35watt kits.

Yeah they can. I think. Mine did on my truck when I had it and then one burned out.
