coolant level sensor wire

Today I replaced my coolant recovery tank on 05 ECSB, 5.3, old one did not have a coolant level sensor, new tank does, but I do not have any wires in that area to connect. Does anyone know if some models had this and some did not? Trying to figure out if my harness was boogered up somewhere before j came along.

I'd have to go look at mine.

IIRC, I have the sensor, but no provisions to connect it.

I think it's random... I've seen two identical spec GMT800s, one had it connected, one didn't...

It's not really needed anyways
