    Old info though... Nothing at all (that I saw) about lithium-ion (Li-Ion) batteries there.

    No. Lithium Batteries are different than Li-Ion batteries.

    Lithiums and lithium-ion are two different animals. Good examples would be the ten-year batteries used in smoke detectors (lithium) and the rechargable lithium-ions used in most cell phones and laptops now.
