Trying to gather up everything I'll be needing to install a cam in the 09 sierra. Any additional information or suggestions will help please feel free to input. Can't decide on a cam for the most part :dunno:. I was told Isky Triple 12 was a really good one.

B&M 24,000 GVW Auxiliary Transmission Cooler, Yank Pro Truck 3200 4L60E/4L65E or possibly a Circle D, Comp Cams Hi-Tech One-Piece Chromemoly 7.4 pushrods, DOD / AFM Delete Kit

My main goal is to keep a good low band power. Probably going to go with an LSA 112. maybe up to a 114. I don't want an extreme cam just something to know it's there sound and performance wise.

My kid just did a Pat G spec'd Comp for his new build. Have you looked into that?
He is running the Yank 3200 now, that thing is cool!

His cam is

222/230 .597”/.609” 113 LSA +2

No I haven't. How can I get in touch with him? Sounds like the range cam I'm looking for though honestly lol.

I don't know much about LS cams yet so I'll be watching this.

I would love to stick a cam in this one.

I got the lead from Dan here on the site. My kid got a good recipe for his build from them.
He has been following similar builds on the LS performance sites. He did his homework and hasn't skimped on anything yet. He is just poor so it is taking time LOL
The short block will be done this weekend if the cam shows up.

Heads are done Trans and stall are done, long tube headers are in. Just need the engine
