Glad it made it to you Nick. That black piece of foam is just a piece of packing foam, but if you cut it down a bit into a square, you can use it to apply the Super VRT to your tires.

Now I just need a nice sunny warm day! This weekend is out even though it is going to get up to 74 here in NC. I'll be inside at the Fishing Expo all weekend.
