Why don't you just go purchase a hydroponics set up and be done with it?
1) Expensive, since I'm needing to ask for money and don't have a reputation it needs to look as lucrative as possible.
2) Too low of a capacity
3) They usually rely on a Ebb/flow watering schedule, which will not work for a fully aquatic plant.
