Body side molding?

Not too fond of these things, but I'm scared if I remove them that I'll having trouble removing the adhesive stains. My truck is now 14 months old. What y'all think?

KEEP the moldings... trucks look too slab sided and cheap without them plus they do protect you from doors making contact with the body somewhat. I want to ADD moldings to mine.

Yeah I'm with Jim, leave the molding. You could take off the Silverado and the GM chiclets. That would be about as far as I would go.

You shouldn't have any paint problems if you remove them, but I do agree with Jim and Jarrod. The lack of a body line on the GMT900s make the doors look massive, and plain without moldings. If you want to take anything off, I say tear off those badges.
