I used to live up North Danny boy in the snow belt!

I dont think that he would be driving a 2wd is he saw that much snow...

He's got a FWD winter beater.

And they see plenty of snow in Minnesote.

And FWD cars where I used to live stayed parked in the driveway till the national guard came in and plowed the roads! I am used to seeing up to 4-5 ft in one night!

I didn't have my beater the last two winters and it looks like I wont this winter either.... so yep, I drive the ole lowered 2wd in as deep of the fluffy stuff as I need to.

Yes I did but there were a ton more problems that popped up when I got the car moving and under it's own power. I think I updated my beater thread.

Yeah I tried using a 2wd truck when I was 17 for like 6 months and after 2 months of driving in the winter after having a 2wd car... That sucked!


The best thing that you can do is practice in the parking lot with the snow and ice... I remember spending hours doing that...

I was able to drive in any snow going the post speedlimit with out a problem never once got stuck... I remember pulling the E-brake going like 45 with like 8 inches on the ground... That was fun...

Yep, I have it professionally winterized. Fuel stabilizer, Fog the engine, fill with anti-freeze, change oil, change lower unit lube, pull lower unit and grease/inspect everything. The works!
