Nice looking truck! I'm usually not a big fan of rear-window decals but that LED light is awesome!
It isn't an LED, it is reflective tape and that is just the way it looked when the flash from the camera hit it. Driving behind the truck at night it looks pretty cool I think.

At first glance I thought it was a giant LED or something too. 
I then realized it was reflective when I saw that it was on the outside of the glass.

When those Z71 stickers get old and fall off, it'll look even better!
