    Has anybody put bilstein shocks on a chevy 2500?? My shocks are original and i have 166ks on the clock.

    I have a full set on my GMC C3500 dually. Put 'em on in 2011 and they're working perfectly.

    I don't have a 2500, but I have Bilsteins on my 1500 and am very pleased.

    how much better do they ride compared to factory shocks?

    I don't have them but they are a popular choice and I never have really read a bad review on them.

    They are all the way better.

    Seriously, it's a night and day difference over brand new factory shocks, let alone a set with 166k on them.

    Not so sure now but older z71 package included bilsteins and they last forever btw

    Compared to what was on my truck when I installed these, it's a night & day difference. Then again, what was on there didn't really qualify as "shocks" anymore. More like "metal things hanging off the frame".
